Peggy had an investment practice in Green Bay and Appleton, where she worked as a Certified Financial Planner. After working with seniors for a number of years, she saw a growing need in the Senior Market. Many of her clients were relocating for a portion of the year to warmer communities and loved the active lifestyle, but then were disappointed when returning to Green Bay. With that said, Peggy and her husband Tim partnered with John and Rose Ver Boort to create a community for active seniors six years ago. After a couple of years, they found that seniors often time needed additional services such as assisted living or meal service. Based on recommendations, they decided to bring in a managment company to offer those services.
After losing her dad to lung cancer a year later, Peggy decided to run the community herself for the first time. Focused now more than ever, to help seniors, their families and offer resources to the community. "I'm very proud of the family atmosphere here at Brookview Meadows. I keep myself very accessible to the residents and their families because I want them to know we care. My mom lives here and yours should too! I'm telling you... You and your family will love it here!"
